The living room is complete with comfortable furniture and a big flat screen TV ideal for a family movie night. You will enjoy the large covered ocean facing deck perfect to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the birds chirping and waves rolling.
Accommodating up to 10 guests everyone is sure to be well rested for their day ahead. Bedroom #1 is on the east side of the home with balcony access offering a queen bed. Bedroom #2 is on the west side of the home with balcony access offering 2 full beds. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, and private bathroom. Bedroom #4 is located upstairs with a queen bed, and private bathroom. You will also find your laundry room located on the 1st floor. Each room is decorated with nautical vibes throughout while keeping your comfort in mind.
Outside you can soak up the sun at your very own private pool with many loungers perfect for lazily reading your favorite book or taking a nap. You will also find a large enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water for cleaning up after a day of fun in the sun. Enjoy unwinding from your busy day with a stroll down Ocean Blvd or rock the afternoon away with your favorite beverage in hand while taking in the beautiful Holden Beach sunsets with the fresh ocean breeze on your skin.

Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.
