The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you would need to create tasty home-cooked meals. You will love the kitchen table with enough seating for everyone to gather together eating meals or playing board games, all while making sweet memories! Your family will love the books and board games provided! You will appreciate the coffee station, complete with a standard drip coffeemaker as well as a Keurig. The washer is located in the kitchen, and the dryer is located in the downstairs storage area. 

Accommodating up to 8 guests, you will discover Bedroom #1 is located on the 1st floor, complete with a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, and shares a full hall bath. Bedroom #2 is located on the 2nd floor, complete with 2 Queen beds, TV, ceiling fan, and shares a full hall bath. Bedroom #3 is located on the 2nd floor, complete with a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, and shares a full hall bath.

"Double Happiness" rests directly on the marsh, offering the most glorious Holden Beach sunrises and sunsets, visible from your huge back deck! You will enjoy the ground level patio, providing a shaded outdoor area underneath the house, complete with a swing and rockers for rest and relaxation! Take your meals outdoors to the picnic table located on the back deck, and enjoy dinner with a view of the marsh. While on the back deck, be sure to have your camera handy, as you are sure to see some island wildlife in the marsh!  You will have your toes in the sand in just a matter of minutes using the public beach access just across the street. After your day on the beach, wash away the sand and sea in the enclosed outdoor shower, complete with hot & cold water. Come on down to Holden Beach and discover the beauty of "Double Happiness"!
