You will discover 4 master suites - Bedroom #1 is located on the 1st level, offering a Queen bed, TV and full private bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #2 is located on the 1st level, offering a Queen bed, TV and full private bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #3 is located on the 2nd level, offering a King bed, TV, balcony access and full private bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #4 is located on the 2nd level, offering 2 sets of Twin bunk beds, TV, balcony access and shares a bathroom. Bedroom #5 is located on the 2nd level, offering a King bed, TV, balcony access and full private bath with tub/shower combo. You will appreciate the sitting room in the loft area, complete with a TV and a Queen sofa bed (bed linens not provided for sofa bed).
With your private beach boardwalk, you will have your toes in the sand in no time. Walk the golden "Holden Shores" searching for the perfect seashells, or do some surf fishing, just outside your door. After your day on the beach, wash away the sand and sea in the enclosed outdoor shower, complete with hot & cold water. Dine outdoors...oceanside! Take your meals outdoors to the dining table on the covered porch facing the ocean. Enjoy your own private swimming pool - swimming laps or lazily lounging by the pool with a chilled beverage! Swimming pools are open each year from March 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is available for this home for an added fee of $400.00. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.
