On the first level, you will love the spacious open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen areas, complete with magnificent views of the glistening Atlantic Ocean, and a real wood-burning fireplace! The modern kitchen is well equipped, and complete with 2 new stainless steal refrigerators, over the range microwave, flat top stove & wine cooler. You will love the updated cabinets, countertops and lighting throughout. You will appreciate the convenience of the wet bar just off the kitchen. The large dining table has enough space for everyone to come together for family-style meals or playing games, all while making sweet memories! Also located on the first level, Bedroom #1 is complete with 2 Queen beds, TV, StreetSide view and private bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #7 located on the 2nd floor has amazing views of the marsh and is complete with a Twin/Full bunkbed as well as a Twin/Twin bunkbed, sleeping 5. You will also find a small seating area located in this room.
The 2nd level features Bedroom #3 complete with a Queen bed, TV, StreetSide view and private bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #4 is complete with 2 Queen beds, TV, ceiling fan, balcony access with oceanside view and private bath with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom #5 is complete with a King bed, TV, oceanside view and shared bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #6 complete with 2 King beds, TV, balcony access with oceanside view and private bath with a walk-in shower and separate jetted tub.

Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.
