On the main level, you will appreciate the comfortable furniture in the modern living room, with 2 sitting areas, and a spacious dining room and well equipped kitchen. You will love the convenience of the washer & dryer located near the kitchen. The master suite is also located on the main level, complete with a king size bed and full private bathroom. The remaining 2 bedrooms are located on the second level. Each of these 2 bedrooms are complete with both a queen and a twin bed, and share the bathroom on this level. All 3 bedrooms and the living room are equipped with flat screen TVs and cablevision. Enjoy the cool breeze of the ceiling fans included in all rooms, as well as on the porches. You will really appreciate the beach cart provided for carrying all of the necessary items required for a day on the beach. After your day on the beach, wash away the sand and salt in the outdoor shower, complete with hot & cold water and a dressing area.

Enjoy a short walk to all of the island restaurants and nightlife, fresh seafood market or candy store, as well as the Holden Beach town park, tennis courts, splash pad and gazebo. Gather up the family and walk to the town gazebo on Sunday evening for the free summer concerts held under the bridge, or catch the popular spring and fall festivals held each year in Holden Beach. Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15 Pool heater may be available upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $400 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.
