You will appreciate the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, and salty water. At the end of a long day enjoy watching the captivating sunsets with your favorite beverage in hand or the various wildlife frolicking in the marsh. Accommodating up to 11 guests with 4 bedrooms located on the 1st floor. Bedroom #1 is street facing completed with a TV, ceiling fan and queen bed this bedroom has a jack & jill bathroom shared with Bedroom #2. Bedroom #2 is canal facing complete with a TV, ceiling fan, and queen bed. Bedroom #3 is street facing completed with a TV, ceiling fan, and a king bed offering a shared hall bath with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom #4 is canal facing completed with a full bed and a twin/full bunk bed, sharing a combination shower/tub hall bathroom with bedroom#3. The upstairs loft will be the perfect area for the kids to relax on the couch while playing the X-box, and other games provided.
