Accommodating up to 10 guests, you will discover 3 bedrooms on the first level. Bedroom #1 provides 2 sets of twin bunk beds (sleeps 4) with street/poolside view, a TV, and shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom (shower/tub combo) with bedroom #2. Bedroom #2 provides a queen size bed, oceanfront with balcony access, a TV, and shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom (shower/tub combo) with bedroom #1. Bedroom #3 provides a king size bed, oceanfront with balcony access, a TV, and has a private full bath with shower/tub combo. Also located on this level, you will find a stackable washer & dryer in the hallway. The Master bedroom is located on the second level, providing a king size bed, oceanfront, a TV, and has a private full bath with shower/tub combo. Also located on the second level, you will appreciate the open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen area with fabulous ocean views. The kitchen offers modern stainless steel appliances.
In just a matter of minutes you will have your toes in the sand, surf fishing or looking for your favorite seashells, or take a short walk to the Golden Holden mailbox of memories on the far east end of the island! After your day on the beach, you will appreciate the large enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water and dressing area. Come join us in Holden Beach for a taste of the island life!

Note: This property has unobstructed ocean views with a low-volume, one-way, non-paved road between the property and the ocean. Access to the beach is via a beach access crossover located approximately 150 feet from the property.

Pool heater may be available 3/1/24 - 11/15/24 upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $400 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals. Pool cooling may be available upon advance request only during the months of July & August, with a pool cooling fee of $250 plus tax, paid in advance.
