The open-concept living room/kitchen will comfortably accommodate group gatherings and meals made from a well-stocked kitchen. Ground level outdoor space includes a private shower area, room to store your beach gear/bikes as well as a charcoal grill for the pitmaster. Ample parking is available. 

Expertly designed for up to 10 guests, this is the top floor 4BR/2B unit with all living space located on the 2nd floor of the duplex. 

Master Bedroom #1 (King Bed) has an attached, private full bathroom with a shower 
Bedroom #2 (Queen Bed) contains a full-size washer & dryer closet
Bedroom #3 (Twin over Full Bunk + Twin Trundle) has a loveseat for the perfect “hangout”
Bedroom #4 (Twin over Full Bunk) outfitted with curious children’s books for all ages

Come enjoy the relaxed east end of “the Family Beach” while sharing space in a Sea Turtle Sanctuary. Please note, linens for the twin trundle bed are not included in the linen service.

The ground floor and parking in front of the garage is occupied by a permanent resident and not available to rent.
