Resting among the dunes, this lovely home offers hard to find handicapped accessibility features including a stair chair lift..  Catch the salty breezes and views of the coastal wildlife from your front deck with a large umbrella table that seats eight. Back deck has stairs that lead to small upper deck which offers nice views of the island.  Two nicely appointed bedrooms provide one king & one queen bed. The home may accommodate up to 6 guest since the bright and cheery Sunroom offers a twin sleeper sofa as well as a full size sleeper sofa located in the main living room.(Linens are not provided for sleeper sofas) A well stocked kitchen & dining area offer a perfect space for cooking and entertaining.  A convenient outdoor shower has hot and cold water.  Please note that limited handicapped access features are limited to include: Stair chair lift (300 lb limit), raised toilet and hand rails in bath, hand rails at tub area & step-in tub. "Sanctuary" offers a great value for Island Living in the Coastal Carolinas.
