This coastal escape is located only .3 miles from the Intracoastal Waterway allowing for quick access to not only fresh local seafood but also Jet Ski rentals, boat tours, kayak tours, and so much more!  We offer flexibility in your stay with only a 3-night minimum in case you don't have a full week to explore the area.

Walking into this home you will be greeted with coastal décor and an open floor plan layout. The living room has comfortable furnishings, and a large TV perfect for a family movie night! Take a walk down Old Ferry road to purchase the freshest seafood Holden Beach has to offer, located just at the end of the street! The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need and more to cook that fresh seafood! Take your yummy meal to the screened-in porch to enjoy an outdoor dining experience. Outdoors you will find multiple seating areas for peaceful lounging with your go-to book. Underneath the home, you will find an additional outdoor table and chairs and plenty of space for outdoor fun and activities. You will also find a large enclosed outdoor shower making the transition from outside to inside an easy task. 

Accommodating up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms you will find that this is the perfect home for a family vacation! Bedroom #1 offers a king bed. Bedroom #2 offers a queen bed and a small office desk. Bedroom #1 & #2 share a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo with the common areas of the home. Bedroom #3 offers a king-size bed, TV, and a private double vanity bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Each room is spacious and decorated with nautical décor and comfortable furnishings.  If you are looking for flex sleeping space the couch is also a sleeper sofa (just make sure to request extra linens for this when booking).
