Leo and I have nothing but good things to say about the efficiency and curtesy of all the staff and how responsive they are when we have occasion to call. Please share with each of them our thanks and appreciation. The challenges that come with growth, to say nothing of pandemics, and all the other issues over which businesses have no control have made for stressful times we are sure, but It looks like Proactive has been able to stay ahead of the curve - thanks in large part to your leadership. Again, please extend our appreciation to all the staff! One thing I omitted originally is how pleased we’ve been with housekeeping. We’ve had a lot of family use in the off season and not a single complaint about how they have found the house. In fact, they always comment on how well pleased they are when they arrive.

We wanted to let you know that we were very happy with our first rental season with Proactive! Everyone has been very responsive and great to work with. We have had significantly less damage than any other year and were also able to rent all our weeks!

As a owner, I am very happy with the entire team at PROACTIVE. Quick to respond, always a person available to actually speak to (unlike other vacation rental companies, always had to leave a message, and/or be on hold 25-30 min)…cleaning staff have been excellent. Every company I spoke with dropped the ball while searching for the right one, I felt that having a local company, owned and operated was in my best interest!

PROACTIVE has managed our property since January of 2015. They have done an excellent job of handling the many difficulties that occur in a seaside property and we are very pleased with their professionalism, attitude, and exceptional service.
