"On Holden Pond" is a unique, pet friendly house filled with lots of natural light, offering fantastic views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean!  You will enjoy the spacious living room/dining room combination, with comfortable new furniture, flat screen TV, modern lighting and ceiling fans, vaulted ceilings and updated Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. The kitchen is bright and cheerful, with updated appliances, Keurig and standard drip coffee makers, along with  everything you would need for creating gourmet meals at home. "On Holden Pond" is decorated with beautiful inspirations of the sea!

Accommodating up to 8 guests, Bedroom #1 is located on the 1st floor, complete with a Queen bed, TV, full bath with walk-in shower shared with Bedroom #2, and has a street side view. Bedroom #2 is located on the 1st floor, complete with a Queen bed, TV, full bath with walk-in shower shared with Bedroom #1, and has a street side view. Bedroom #3 is located on the 2nd floor, complete with a Queen bed, TV, full bath with tub/shower combo shared with Bedroom #4, and has a street side view. Bedroom #4 is located on the 2nd floor, complete with 2 Twin beds, TV, full bath with tub/shower combo shared with Bedroom #3, and has a semi-ocean view. You will appreciate the laundry closet located outside of the 1st floor bedroom. 

You will have your toes in the sand in just a matter of minutes using your private beach boardwalk, while enjoying the sights and sounds of the nearby ocean! After your day on the beach, rinse away the sand using the foot rinse shower on the beach boardwalk. Come and enjoy all that Holden Beach has to offer! Pet Friendly:  $250 Non-refundable pet fee is required and is limited to a single dog up to 50 pounds. An additional dog(s) may be allowed provided that they are pre-approved by PROACTIVE Vacations.
