Inside, on the main living area level, you will be greeted by an bright open floor plan with living, dining & kitchen areas that welcome all to gather and enjoy. You'll be pleased with a convenient wet bar and wine cooler in the dining area. A library of books and DVDs are available to you. The kitchen features a gas stove and 2 dishwashers, and offers a bit of a view of the Atlantic Ocean. Just off the kitchen is a nice sitting nook overlooking the pool, which leads to a small uncovered sun porch with a Futon Sleeper. Just off the dining area, you will find access to the covered Roof Top Observation Deck which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views and salt air breezes. Privacy abounds with 3 nicely appointed bedrooms all with linens provided for each bed and 3 full baths, one of which offers a Handicapped Accessible walk-in shower with shower seat.
