If you love the home you’re vacationing in, and want to stay again in 2023, you’re in luck!
We love repeat guests and would love to welcome you back to Holden Beach next year. If you would like to rent the same home, for the same week in 2023, you can call our office until 5PM on Wednesday to reserve that home. For a deposit of $75 (+tax) you will lock in your rental for 2023 and leave your vacation with another vacation on your calendar!

- What are the 2023 rental rates?
Rental rates are set by our homeowners and are expected to be confirmed by October 15th. We will contact you as soon as rates are published. - Will my 2023 rate be different than my current rate?
Generally speaking, yes. Rental rates go up on average 5% to 6% per year. Rates are set by individual homeowners and PROACTIVE Vacations has no control over what rates the homeowners chose to set for the year. - When is payment due for the rental?
Your initial payment is one-half of the total costs for your vacation including half of your refundable security deposit (if applicable). The payment will be due no later than January 10, 2023. If the initial payment is not made by January 10, the hold is released and the home is made available to other renters on January 11th. Your final payment is due no later than 45 days prior to your arrival date. - What if I change my mind or the house is not available next year?
If you decide not to proceed with the reservation after placing the hold, you can contact our office to release the hold. The $75 reservation hold deposit is not refundable, however, if you release the hold before paying your vacation deposit, no other costs are incurred. In the unlikely event that the home you have placed on hold is no longer available due to it no longer being managed by PROACTIVE Vacations, we will refund your reservation hold deposit. - How do I place a reservation hold for next year?
It’s easy! Just call our office at (910) 842-1550 before 5pm on Wednesday and let our reservationists know you want to place a reservation hold for next year. We’ll get that set up for you and you’ll leave Holden Beach with a plan to come back next year! If you choose not to take advantage of this offer, the home becomes available to the general public Thursday morning.
