Entertainment Area: While the ocean views are the star of the great room, there may be times when you are ready to take advantage of the entertainment area. Enjoy the oversized, reclining sectional sofa, and 77 inch 4K OLED TV and sound system, to watch your choice of entertainment utilizing the LG internet apps, 4K Roku or 4k Fire TV Stick, Merge TV internet cable with HBO, Encore, and Starz.   

Gourmet Kitchen: Large space and all the equipment needed to enjoy family cooking: two refrigerators, two microwaves, a large Breville countertop convection oven in addition to the full range, large and small food processors, two stand blenders and immersion blenders, Bosch stand mixer and hand mixer, Oxo coffee grinder, double coffee pots, Krups cappuccino machine, and, of course, an Instant Pot.

Master Suite: Located on the second level, offering peace, privacy, and sun-filled luxury. Equipped with a king bed, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and garden tub.

Extensive Ongoing Off Season Renovations: We have completed all new windows, an upper level ocean-side wall of sliding glass doors, HVAC systems, 75-gallon hot water tank, and three level decking. We are starting bathroom renovations in the off season.
