While you may not notice the extensive renovations, you will feel the outcome in comfort. Every window has been replaced with substantially upgraded models and new window treatments. The top floor great room now boasts a triple set of sliding glass doors that bring the ocean in to you. More directly, both HVAC systems have been fully replaced including all ductwork, and the new 75-gallon hot water tank will keep up with your family.
Accommodating up to 16 guests with 6 bedrooms everyone is sure to be well rested for the day ahead! The first floor offers five en suite bedrooms with high-end furniture and Firestick-enabled flat screen tv’s. Bedrooms #1-3 enjoy king size beds and private full baths. Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed and semi-private, full bath. Bedroom 5 sleeps six with two full/twin bunk beds and a private full bath. Bedroom #6 is the master bedroom, located on the 2nd floor with a king bed, Firestick-enabled flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and garden tub. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated while keeping comfort in mind!
Walk outside to either of your ocean-facing balconies to enjoy a nice cup of your favorite morning beverage listening to the birds and ocean waves rolling. Outdoors at the pool or ocean, or indoors in the great room, sunroom, quiet room or bedroom, “A Perfect Landing” is sure to become your favorite coastal oasis.

Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.
