Breathtaking views are available from every angle from your spacious living room completed with an oversized comfortable sectional sofa. You will find a spacious bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom with a tub / shower combo. Upstairs you will find three additional bedrooms and the laundry room. Bedroom 2 offers a bunk bedroom with a queen / queen with a full trundle bed (sheets not provided). Bedrooms 3 and 4 offer a king bed. "Sail View" comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with a spacious layout!
Outside you will find a private oasis with a private pool (heated for additional fee) enjoy evening relaxation in the water with the rolling waves in the background. Unwind on one of your oceanfront decks rocking your cares away with your go to ice cold beverage or collecting shells along the shore taking in the colorful Holden Beach sunset. Don't wait! Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heater may be available upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $400 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.
