Facing south, and located west of the pier, the home’s large picture windows provide a constant display of coastal wildlife and the ever-changing ocean views. Isn’t that what you want in the here and now? And you can bring your beloved canine friend to experience the best vacation yet! In 2024, a level two universal EV car charger has been added.
 
Walking into this home you will be met with decor that reflects the region and flows throughout with unobstructed ocean views from every angle. The newly updated and well-stocked kitchen offers the seasoned chef and the beginner cook a calming palette on which to prepare meals that everyone in your group can share. Gather around the spacious kitchen island to help with prep or to sneak a snack. Enjoy your family meals at the large dining room table with ocean views. Unwind in the comfortable living room whether enjoying a family movie night, watching your favorite teams (or golfers), or a feisty game night. You are sure to enjoy the early morning sunrises on the oceanfront balcony, taking in the views and coastal birds with your go to morning beverage. If you’re lucky, you might spot a pod of dolphins! 

On the main floor, you will discover two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Bedroom #1 features a luxurious king bed, while bedroom #2 offers a comfortable queen and twin bed, great for the kids or a young couple with a new addition. 
 
On the second floor you will find a secondary living area that serves as an ideal den for sneaking in an episode on PBS while everyone downstairs cheers the home team or to unwind with your favorite book. The second floor also plays host to three more bedrooms. The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, large walk in closet, and a private bathroom. A secondary suite includes a king bed and attached bath. And between the two is a “bunk room” with two twin/twin bunk beds.  
 
Relax in one of the many rocking chairs, allowing your worries to melt away as you gaze out at the sparkling Atlantic. Lounge on the extended deck of the oceanfront balcony on one of the comfortable sun loungers taking in the warmth of the sun without getting sand between your toes. If the sea beckons, the beach is but a few steps away and you can immerse yourself in the warm white sands and refreshing ocean waters. Before heading back inside, take advantage of the convenient spray-off area and refresh yourself in the enclosed hot/cold shower, making an effortless transition from outside to inside. Finally, take your lunch hour or snack time at the picnic table. The picnic table also allows for an enviable background for the inevitable zoom call back to the office.
