The vibrant living area offers a cozy spot for game or movie nights, furnished with two comfortable couches and a 65" Smart TV. Cook and entertain in style in the spacious kitchen equipped with all the necessary amenities, from cooking appliances to utensils, this kitchen has everything you need. Coffee lovers will enjoy having their choice of a Nespresso Vertuo or Keurig/drip coffeemaker ensuring you can enjoy your favorite brew just the way you like it. Additionally, there's an irresistible nugget ice maker, perfect for keeping your drinks cool and refreshing. A monitor is also available for those who need to catch up on work. Each bedroom features ceiling fans and upgraded linens, providing a restful place to sleep after your day at the beach.

If you're feeling competitive, challenge your friends to a game of bocce or simply unwind on the swings and enjoy the scenic view of boats returning home with their catch of the day. This property also features a private floating dock with deep-water access (Boat lift is not available for guests' use). You can dock your boat, launch a kayak, paddleboard, fish, or simply relax and float in the afternoon sun. Additionally, a fish cleaning station is located on the dock to help you prep your catch for dinner at either the gas or charcoal grill.

To ensure a clean and enjoyable environment for everyone, we have implemented a  strict no-smoking policy on the property. We kindly ask that smoking is limited to the end of the driveway. Rest Assured  -  We prioritize the privacy of our guests and have installed exterior-only security cameras solely for added safety. 

Pet Friendly:  $250 Non-refundable pet fee is required and is limited to a single dog up to 50 pounds. An additional dog(s) may be allowed provided that they are pre-approved by PROACTIVE Vacations.
